Start here: the dashboard debug tools
Something isn't working and you want to diagnose it yourself, fast.
Before anything else, use the dashboard's built-in debug tools. They let you reproduce a problem exactly as the agent sees it, which usually points straight at the cause. All three are owner-only and live in Integrations.
The three testers
- Order lookup tester — run a real order number + email and see what the agent would return. See Test order lookup from your dashboard.
- Product lookup tester (Growth & Pro) — search by name or SKU and preview the result. See Test product lookup from your dashboard.
- CRM connection tester (Growth & Pro) — confirm tickets will be created. See Test your CRM connection.
There's also a store connection tester to confirm your credentials are valid (Test your store connection).
How to use them
- Reproduce the reported problem in the matching tester.
- Read the result — it tells you whether it's a connection, permission, data, or input problem.
- Jump to the specific fix article for that symptom.
