Test your store connection

You just connected (or reconnected) your store and want to confirm it's working — or lookups suddenly stopped.

The dashboard confirms a healthy connection in two ways, so you don't have to wait for a real shopper to find a problem. Both are owner-only and live in Integrations.

Steps

  1. Go to Integrations and check the platform panel shows Connected.
  2. Under Check order status, expand Test order lookup and run a real order to confirm end-to-end. On Growth & Pro you can also expand Test product lookup (under Product & stock lookup) and Test CRM ticket creation (under Create CRM tickets).
  3. A healthy result confirms your authorization is valid and your store is reachable.
  4. If a test fails, the result tells you whether it's an authorization, access, or data problem — start your fix from there.

Troubleshooting

  • Not "Connected" → authorization incomplete → re-do the REST API step in Connect your store.
  • Connected but a test fails → access scope too narrow → re-authorize and re-check What permissions we use and why.
  • Intermittent timeout → transient platform issue → retry; if it persists, contact support.
