CRM tickets aren't being created
Conversations or escalations aren't showing up as tickets in your CRM.

Troubleshooting
- No tickets at all → the Create CRM tickets capability is off → turn it on in Integrations.
- Capability on, still nothing → CRM connection failing → run Test your CRM connection; if it fails, reconnect your credentials.
- Closed tickets appear but escalations don't open live tickets → escalation path or capability misconfigured → confirm the capability and your escalation email in Set transcript & escalation emails and fallbacks.
- Test passes but tickets lag → records are written as conversations close → allow for normal timing; check again shortly.
