Test order lookup from your dashboard

You want to confirm order lookups work — before a shopper hits a problem, or to reproduce one they reported.

The dashboard has an order lookup tester so you can run a real order and see exactly what the agent would return. It's owner-only and lives with your store integration.

Steps

  1. Go to Integrations. Under Check order status, expand Test order lookup.
  2. Enter a real order number and the email on that order.
  3. Run it. You'll see the same result the agent would return to a shopper.
  4. If it fails, the result shows why — use that to fix it (see below).

Troubleshooting

  • A known-good order returns "not found" → store connection or scope issue → run Test your store connection.
  • Right order, "email doesn't match" → the email entered isn't the one on the order → use the exact order email.
