The agent isn't showing on my site

You installed the agent but it isn't appearing for shoppers.

Troubleshooting

  • Embedded agent doesn't load → snippet pasted into a text block instead of a code/HTML block → re-paste into a code block. See Add the agent as a page in your store.
  • Launcher button missing → snippet added to a single page, not the site-wide template → move it to the global template/footer. See Launch the agent from anywhere.
  • Loads but looks unstyled or wrong → caching → hard-refresh; confirm you saved changes in Customize.
  • Hosted link works but embed doesn't → embedding restriction on that page → use the hosted link, or place the embed on a page that allows it.
  • Changes to look/copy not appearing → browser or embed cache → hard-refresh and confirm the save in Customize the look and copy.
