The dashboard includes a CRM connection tester so you can confirm the agent can write tickets. It's owner-only.

Steps

  1. Go to Integrations. Under Create CRM tickets, expand Test CRM ticket creation.
  2. Run it. It creates a real, clearly-labelled test ticket in your Shift4Shop CRM, so a healthy result means real tickets will be created too.
  3. If it fails, the result indicates whether it's a connection, access, or configuration problem.

Troubleshooting

  • Test fails → store/CRM connection or scope problem → re-check your connection in Reconnect or update your credentials.
  • Test passes but no tickets → the Create CRM tickets capability is off → turn it on.
