Lookups aren't working

Order or product lookups are failing or returning the wrong thing.

Lookups depend on a healthy store connection and the right capability being on. Reproduce the problem in the matching tester first.

Troubleshooting

  • Order lookups all failing → store connection broken → Test your store connection, then Fix a failed store connection.
  • One order returns "not found" or "email doesn't match" → data or input issue → Fix "order not found" or a mismatched email.
  • No product answers at all (Growth & Pro) → product capability off, plan doesn't entitle it, or connection lacks product scope → Turn on product answers and Test your store connection.
  • Wrong product price/stock (Growth & Pro) → live read reflects your catalog now → fix it in your store; see Fix wrong or missing product results.
