On Growth & Pro, every conversation is saved to your CRM as a closed ticket with the full transcript — so your support history lives where your team already works, not just in email.
How it works
- When a conversation ends, it's written to your CRM as a closed ticket including the transcript.
- This happens for resolved conversations too, giving you a complete record.
- Escalations are handled separately, as a live ticket (see the next article).
Troubleshooting
- Tickets aren't appearing → CRM connection or capability issue → run Test your CRM connection and see CRM tickets aren't being created.
