Ways to add your agent
You're ready to put the agent in front of shoppers and want to pick the right install method.
There are three ways to add your agent. You can use more than one.
The three methods
- Hosted link. The simplest option. Your agent lives on a dedicated page we host; you link to it from your navigation, footer, order emails, or anywhere else. Nothing to embed.
- Embed / iframe. Drop the agent into a page on your own site using an embed snippet, so it appears inline within your store's layout.
- Launcher button. A floating button you add to any page; clicking it opens the agent in an overlay without leaving the page.
How to choose
- Want it live in one click? Use the hosted link.
- Want it to feel built into a specific page (like a "Support" page)? Use the embed.
- Want it reachable from everywhere without a dedicated page? Use the launcher button.
