Add the agent as a page in your store

You want a dedicated "Support" or "Help" page in your store that hosts the agent.

Giving the agent its own page in your navigation is the most discoverable setup.

Steps

  1. In the dashboard, go to Integrations → Install and copy either your hosted link or your embed snippet.
  2. In your store, create a new page (e.g. "Support" or "Help").
  3. Either link that page to the hosted URL, or paste the embed snippet into the page.
  4. Add the page to your main navigation.
  5. Visit the page and confirm the agent loads.

Shift4Shop

  1. In your Shift4Shop admin, create a new content page. [CONFIRM: exact Shift4Shop page-builder path.]
  2. Paste your embed snippet into the page's HTML/code block, or set the page to link to your hosted URL.
  3. Add the page to your store menu and save.

Troubleshooting
