Your dashboard: checklist vs. active view
You're wondering why your dashboard shows a checklist instead of metrics (or vice versa).
Your dashboard has two states and switches automatically.
How it works
- Onboarding checklist appears while setup is incomplete. It lists the four setup steps (connect your store, AI settings, train your agent, customize) and links straight to each. A toggle at the top lets you switch between the Onboarding and Active views until you're done.
- Active view appears once you're set up and conversations start coming in. It shows your live KPIs: conversations, self-served vs. handed-off, CSAT, a status breakdown, and your busiest topics. It also embeds the Playground so you can test the agent any time. If your plan includes revenue attribution, an Agent Assisted Sales block appears here too.
You don't switch manually — the dashboard flips to the active view as soon as the essentials are done and data exists to show.
