MySupportAgent is an AI customer-support agent for your ecommerce store. It lives on a dedicated support page you link to or launch from anywhere on your site, and it answers your shoppers' routine questions around the clock — using only what your store actually knows.

What it does

  • Answers from your own knowledge. It replies using your store facts, your written instructions, your policy pages, and your topics — and is built to say "I don't know" rather than invent an answer.
  • Looks up order status and tracking. A shopper enters their order number and the email on the order; the agent verifies both and returns the status.
  • Answers live product questions (Growth & Pro) — price, stock, and product details read straight from your live catalog.
  • Learns from your past support tickets to suggest topics, answers, and instructions.
  • Hands off what it can't resolve to your team by email or as a ticket in your CRM.

You manage all of it from a web dashboard.

What it is not

It's one agent for one store per account (no multi-store). It does not take sales actions, process returns or refunds, cancel orders, or issue gift certificates — it informs and routes. It speaks for your store only when it has the information to do so.
