The dashboard includes a product lookup tester so you can search your catalog the way the agent does and preview the result. It's owner-only.
Steps
- Go to Integrations. Under Product & stock lookup, expand Test product lookup.
- Search by product name or part number / SKU.
- Review the result — the same data and card the agent would show a shopper.
Troubleshooting
- Nothing found for a real product → product hidden/not-for-sale, or name/SKU doesn't match → search by exact SKU; confirm the product is publicly available.
- Wrong price or stock → it's a live read, so the tester reflects your store right now → fix it in your store catalog.
