When the agent answers a product question, it can show a product card — a rich result with the thumbnail, price, live stock, rating, and a link the shopper can act on.
How it works
- The card's data — price, stock, and details — is always read live from your catalog at lookup time. It's never typed by the AI, so it can't be out of date or made up.
- Cards appear inline in the conversation; shoppers can click through to the product.
- Cards are saved with the conversation, so when you review it later in the Inbox, the same card is shown.
