Turn on product answers

You're on Growth or Pro and want the agent to answer product questions.

Product answers are controlled by a capability toggle, so you decide when the agent starts answering price and stock questions. It only works when your plan entitles it and the toggle is on.

Steps

  1. Go to Integrations.
  2. Find the Product & stock lookup toggle and turn it on.
  3. The agent can now answer product questions and render product cards.
  4. Confirm with Test product lookup (see Test product lookup from your dashboard).

Turning this on also surfaces product-related guidance in your Instructions, so the agent knows how you want product questions handled.

Troubleshooting

  • Toggle is greyed out → your plan doesn't entitle product answers → see What each plan unlocks.
  • On, but no product answers → store connection lacks product read scope → run Test your store connection.
