Use the AI Instructions Builder
You want well-written, store-specific Instructions without writing them from scratch.
The AI Instructions Builder interviews you section by section and drafts the store-specific parts of your Instructions for you — using only your facts, never inventing details.
Steps
- In Training → Instructions, open the AI Instructions Builder.
- Answer the short interview prompts for each section it offers to draft.
- Review the preview of what it produced.
- Regenerate any section you're not happy with, or edit it directly.
- Apply the sections you want. You stay in control — nothing is applied without your say-so.
Your interview answers are saved, so you can refine and regenerate later without starting over.
Troubleshooting
- A draft states something I didn't tell it → it should only use your facts; if a detail is off, it's likely pulled from a store fact or knowledge source — correct it there, then regenerate.
- Builder won't draft a section → that section may be a fixed template part, not a store-specific one → edit it directly in the Sections editor.
