Review agent quality (QA Review)
You want to find weak answers and act on improvement suggestions.
QA Review (in Training) is where agent-quality feedback lands: the messages you've thumbs-downed and the improvement notes the system publishes back to you.
How it works
- When you mark an agent message ๐ in the Inbox (with a reason), it enters a review pipeline.
- Suggestions that clearly point to something you can fix on your account are published to you here as improvement notes.
- You review the notes and make the change โ usually updating a store fact, Instructions section, knowledge source, or quick answer.
Steps
- Go to Training โ QA Review.
- Read the ๐ queue and any published improvement notes.
- Apply the fix at the right layer (facts, Instructions, knowledge, topics).
