A custom integration is a connector we build that lets your agent pull information from another system you use — beyond the standard order and product lookups. They're provisioned by our team as a white-glove setup, so you don't configure anything technical yourself.
Once live, the agent can use the connector to answer questions that depend on that system, and you keep a simple on/off control over it.
