Manage or turn off a connector

You want to pause or stop a custom connector.

Each custom connector has a kill switch — a per-connector on/off control — so you can disable it instantly without involving us.

Steps

  1. Go to Integrations → Custom integrations.
  2. Toggle a connector off to stop the agent using it immediately.
  3. Toggle it back on when you want it active again.

Turning a connector off takes effect right away — the agent stops calling it from that point.

Troubleshooting

  • A connector is returning bad data → turn it off with the kill switch, then contact us to adjust it.
