Manage or turn off a connector

Each custom connector has a kill switch — a per-connector on/off control — so you can disable it instantly without involving us.
Steps
- Go to Integrations → Custom integrations.
- Toggle a connector off to stop the agent using it immediately.
- Toggle it back on when you want it active again.
Turning a connector off takes effect right away — the agent stops calling it from that point.
Troubleshooting
- A connector is returning bad data → turn it off with the kill switch, then contact us to adjust it.
