Steps

  1. Email us at sales@mysupportagent.ai with what you want the agent to be able to look up and the system it lives in.
  2. Our team scopes and builds the connector with the right access and safeguards.
  3. We enable it on your account; it then appears under Integrations → Custom integrations with a control to turn it off.

Because each connector is built and reviewed by us, you don't handle credentials or endpoints yourself.
