Customer star ratings (CSAT)

You want shoppers to rate their experience and want to know where it shows up.

CSAT is the star rating a shopper can leave on a conversation. It's your direct read on how customers feel about the help they got.

How it works

  • Customers can leave a star rating during or at the end of a conversation.
  • Ratings roll up into the CSAT figure on your dashboard and appear per-conversation in the Inbox.
  • You can turn CSAT collection on or off in Settings โ†’ Agent Settings (the collect CSAT toggle).

Steps

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Agent Settings.
  2. Set the collect CSAT toggle to your preference.
  3. Watch ratings appear on the dashboard and in the Inbox.
