Customer star ratings (CSAT)
You want shoppers to rate their experience and want to know where it shows up.
CSAT is the star rating a shopper can leave on a conversation. It's your direct read on how customers feel about the help they got.
How it works
- Customers can leave a star rating during or at the end of a conversation.
- Ratings roll up into the CSAT figure on your dashboard and appear per-conversation in the Inbox.
- You can turn CSAT collection on or off in Settings โ Agent Settings (the collect CSAT toggle).
Steps
- Go to Settings โ Agent Settings.
- Set the collect CSAT toggle to your preference.
- Watch ratings appear on the dashboard and in the Inbox.
