What permissions we use and why
You want to know exactly what access the agent has to your store before connecting.
We ask for the minimum access needed to do two jobs: verify orders and (on Growth & Pro) read product data. We request read access — the agent informs and routes, it doesn't change anything in your store.
What we use
- Order lookup (read). To verify an order against the shopper's order number and email and return status/tracking. Used by every plan.
- Product catalog (read) (Growth & Pro). To answer live price and stock questions and render product cards.
What we never do
- We don't create, edit, cancel, or refund orders.
- We don't change inventory, prices, or product listings.
- We don't read or store physical addresses, payment details, or government IDs (see What we store and never store).
