Reconnect or update your credentials
You rotated your store credentials, changed platforms accounts, or need to fix a broken connection.
When your store credentials change, update them here — you don't need to redo onboarding.
Steps
- Go to Integrations and open your store panel.
- Click Disconnect.
- Re-enter your Store Secure URL and connect, then re-authorize via Modules → REST API with the Public Key (same as first-time setup).
- Confirm the panel shows Connected, then run Test order lookup.
Troubleshooting
- Still fails after reconnecting → authorization missing the access we need → re-add the Public Key under Modules → REST API.
- Lookups still fail after a successful reconnect → cached failure on an in-progress conversation → start a fresh Test order lookup.
