Reconnect or update your credentials

You rotated your store credentials, changed platforms accounts, or need to fix a broken connection.

When your store credentials change, update them here — you don't need to redo onboarding.

Steps

  1. Go to Integrations and open your store panel.
  2. Click Disconnect.
  3. Re-enter your Store Secure URL and connect, then re-authorize via Modules → REST API with the Public Key (same as first-time setup).
  4. Confirm the panel shows Connected, then run Test order lookup.

Troubleshooting

  • Still fails after reconnecting → authorization missing the access we need → re-add the Public Key under Modules → REST API.
  • Lookups still fail after a successful reconnect → cached failure on an in-progress conversation → start a fresh Test order lookup.
