What we store and never store

You (or your customers) want to know what data the agent keeps.

We store the minimum needed to verify orders and keep useful records — and deliberately never store sensitive personal or payment data.

What we store

  • Order identifiers and the customer email tied to a conversation (to verify orders and follow up).
  • Conversation records — transcripts, status, counts, CSAT, and (on Pro) attributed order identifier and amount.

What we never store

  • Physical addresses.
  • Payment data (card numbers, payment details).
  • Government IDs (SSNs and similar).

For attribution, only the order's identifier and amount are recorded — never address or payment information. Message contents are also purged on a schedule after transcripts are sent (see How long we keep conversation data).
