Launch the agent from anywhere
You want shoppers to reach the agent from any page, not just one support page.
The launcher button puts the agent one click away across your site.
Steps
- Go to Integrations → Install and copy the launcher button snippet.
- Add it to your store's global template or footer so it appears on every page. [CONFIRM: exact Shift4Shop global-include location.]
- Save and load any page — the launcher should appear; clicking it opens the agent in an overlay.
You can also drop your hosted link into transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notices) so customers can reach support straight from their inbox.
Troubleshooting
- Launcher doesn't appear → snippet added to a single page instead of the global template → move it to the site-wide template.
