Your credentials are handled server-side and encrypted — they never reach a shopper's browser.

How it works

• Server-side only. Your store credentials and any language-model key stay on our servers. The customer support page talks to our service; our service talks to your store and the model. No secret is ever sent to the browser.
• Encrypted at rest. Sensitive credential fields are encrypted in our database.
• Read-only access. The access we use is for verifying orders and reading products — we don't change anything in your store.
