Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel
You want to change or end your plan.
Plan changes are handled by our team — email sales@mysupportagent.ai and we'll make the change. (In the dashboard, the Upgrade to enable → links next to gated features open an email to the same address.)
Steps
- Email sales@mysupportagent.ai with the plan you'd like (or the change you need).
- We confirm the change and update your account.
- Upgrades unlock their features as soon as your account is updated.
When you downgrade or cancel, features above your new plan stop being available, but they stay visible in this Help Center so you can see what re-upgrading would restore.
Self-serve plan management isn't available yet — that's why changes go through us for now.
